What Quotely Pro is

• A web app for making quotations and invoices. You add items with quantity, unit and rate, and download a branded PDF.
• It works in any browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There is no app to install, and it is not a mobile-only app.
• Your data is stored in a cloud database, so you can sign in from any device.
• It is built in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
• Prices are in Indian rupees. Plans start from ₹999 per month, with a 7-day free trial. No payment needed for the trial.

Main features

Every feature below is in the app today.

• Item-wise quotations

  Every line has item, quantity, unit, rate and amount. Totals are calculated for you, and you can drag lines to reorder them.

• Item catalogue

  Save your items once with code, name, category, unit, price and default warranty period. They fill in automatically on new quotations.

• Copy quotation

  Open any saved quotation and copy its items into a new one. Change only the customer, quantities or rates.

• AI Quick Create

  Type what you need in plain words, and AI picks the matching items, quantities and prices from your saved catalogue, so a quotation is ready in seconds.

• Quotation to invoice

  When the customer agrees, open the quotation as a new invoice with the customer and items already filled in.

• Advance and payment receipts

  Advance and payment receipts linked to your quotation (cash, UPI, cheque, bank). The receipt PDF shows the amount in words and the balance due.

• Warranty certificates

  Issue a warranty certificate for installed items with warranty period, start date and expiry date. Reports list warranties by expiry, for AMC follow-up.

• Branded PDFs

  Quotations, invoices, warranty certificates and receipts carry your logo, colours, terms, footer note, signature, bank or UPI details and a payment QR code.

• Print layout set up for you

  When we set up your account, we configure each document type for you: table columns and their order, company details, totals, header title, logo, signature and payment QR.

• Reports and dashboard

  Search quotations, invoices, warranties and receipts by number, customer or date. The dashboard shows your quotation and invoice totals at a glance.

What Quotely Pro does not do

Quotely Pro does not do accounting, GST returns or stock management. Businesses that need those keep their accounting software and use Quotely Pro for quotations and invoices.

Quotely Pro (quotelypro.in) is an Indian product and is not related to quotelypro.com, the QuotelyPro mobile app, or other apps named Quotely or Quotly.
