For installers: quotation, installation, warranty, renewal
Installation businesses, such as CCTV, solar, AC, water purifiers and electrical, have a longer cycle than a simple sale. You quote, install, give a warranty, and then ideally sell an AMC when the warranty ends. The renewal is where much of the long-term profit is, and it is easy to forget.

If you are GST-registered and need GST returns and accounts, keep myBillBook for that. If you are a small business that mainly sends quotations and simple invoices, Quotely Pro alone may be enough.
